Average Dream Recall And Lucidity Rate

Hi everyone. Most people from the outside looking in on us dreamers wonder how long it is going to take before progress is made they attempted to add lucidity to their dreams and work on dream recall. So to satisfy their curiosity I've got three questions to ask: How many dreams do you recall nightly? How often do you have lucid dreams? How long have you been working on dream recall/lucidity? Now I'm having about 3 LDs per week so I'm pretty stoked.... And my recall is quite good (average of 5 dreams per night)

Oh the truth can be painful... How many dreams do you recall nightly? 3 or 4 a night on average. How often do you have lucid dreams? 1-2 a month on average. Usually very short, weak ones. How long have you been working on dream recall/lucidity? On and off for 8 years. More seriously in the last 12 months. (These statistics are from the last 12 months.) I have the suspicion that lucid dreaming is exceedingly rare, even amongst those of us who hang out on LDing forums. Even for those who blog about it.

How many dreams do you recall nightly? Depends, usually around three or four. I am generally capable of fully remembering the full details of two dreams each night for the whole following day, and will remember the main details of three more dreams for an hour after waking. How often do you have lucid dreams? When i'm trying, about five per week (usually these are chained lucid dreams, three on one night and two on anothe) How long have you been working on dream recall/lucidity? Actively - three months, though i have been having lucid dreams since around age 10.
