I started doing this today, screwed up a knot an found it was WAY to fiddly to try and undo it lol so instead Im using a lock with 3 digits (wrote 'am i dreaming?" and "reality check' on it, so instead just pulling that out an upping the number by one whenever I think about it/reality check etc. SIMILAR but yeah!
