Thread: What annoys you?

Okay, umm...

You know when you are having a conversation with someone, and a third person walks in, shouting about something? They don't know that they are interruping, because they haven't checked to make sure that there is not currently a conversation taking place. They were talking to you before they even reached the door.

People who chew loudly! And people who pop their gum! It makes me homicidal.

People who don't know just when to leave. They stay there for just an extra couple of seconds, and it's really annoying.

Socially awkward penguin references commence.

When you pick up the phone and say "hello?" and then they respond with a "hello" and then stop talking. You just stand there waiting or you have to say "hello?" again and pretend like you didn't hear them the first time. I usually just hang up if they don't say anything after the first hello; it's 2011, they should understand how phone conversations work.

when people rub their hands on the carpet (or any other surface, but mainly carpet)

When people bite their spoons/forks. It drives me nuts.

when people flick one fingernail under the other

When I ask for a specific number of splenda from the damn coffee shop drive-thru person and they cannot take the 6.3 seconds to actually count and give me what I asked for!

When dogs lick my feet.

Stupid people.

When I accidentally bite the bristles of my toothbrush. Other people can't stand nails on a chalkboard, I lose it if I bite bristles.

Stupidity annoys me. Also, being stereotyped.

Is that not the nastiest thing you've seen in your life that WILL stick its beak in you at least once?
Fuck the itches. I hate bugs, period.

When someone starts telling a crazy, obviously made-up story and you know they're lying, but you can't say anything.

Ugh, I do that all the time. I'll lose the remote, look for it, give up and go do something outside. By the time I come back, my Mom or my Dad has already found it for me so it's all good. :]

Oh man does that push my buttons! And its so obvious when its a fake story when they start to use terms like "Whatcha-ma-Call-it" In the the middle of the story to buy more time to think of something that's also even more outrageously fake to say...

But Even worse is when there's a group of people, and I'm about to tell a funny story and right as I begin, one of my friends who was also involved, decides to hijack the storytelling position and tells the group of people the whole story... Then he'll get a bunch of laughs while I'm in the corner with a fake smile, nodding my head when in all reality I'm about to punch them in the nose for stealing my spotlight.

People with big trucks/SUVs who think they can bully me while driving because I'm in a little car.

When bathroom doorknobs are wet.

When cans of soda go flat like 5 minutes after you open them.

When you turn on the radio and your favorite song is playing so you get all excited, but then you realize it's ending and you only got to hear 20 seconds of it..

Wow, I never realized so many things annoyed me until this thread.
