For me, it depends on the night. If I'm sleeping in I usually wear nothing, but if it's a particularly cold night I go for a T-shirt and shorts.

Ah. See, I have a pretty difficult time falling asleep while actually wearing anything, it just doesn't feel right. And if it's cold I just bundle up more.

Actually, even if it's freezing cold I always turn the fan on to its highest setting, I also have a pretty difficult time falling asleep without white noise.

Just recently I started sleeping with nothing more... and I know what you mean. The more I do the harder it is to sleep with clothes >.<

I don't exactly wear PJ's but.... I've started to wear leggings and long, tight shirts to bed because whenever I sleep naked or in my undies only I tend to freeze, then I ball up which causes me to sweat, I stretch back out and then I'm in a cold sweat lol
Typical PJ's are too loose. They ball up or crinkle here and there and drive me batty.

But wouldn't the bedsheets get oilier easier if we ain't wearing anything. I usually wear a shirt and shorts to sleep. I used to have Pikachu pyjamas till I outgrown them.
