The sunblock seems quite old, and the picture quality is a bit tacky.

I looked up recent mcdonalds merchandise, and designer cups, as well as toys. I found nothing real close to the funky cup on the ledge.

Judging from the school uniform, this picture isn't from this year seeing as the school changed their uniform design early 2006.

Regardless of that, the school only supports children up until 5th grade.
Not sure where that would leave "Mark's" age, seeing as school starting time may be different for those...special...kids in Florida.

It has quite a high crime rate also. Though that might attribute to Mark's friendlyness. Seems the school likes to also have a 17 - 1 teacher-child rate. Just in case some kid decides to go on a papercutting spree.
