Ok heres what i will do again i changed my mind. I would make a city purely of gold where i and military officials would live, its won't be called the golden age for nothing. My presence will be implented everywhere with magnificant buildings. Main military would be airforce. Criminals would be sent to the moon where prison camps were established. Money will be renderd useless as i would form a world which needed no money. Meals will be deliverd to houses by the goverment limiting food intake (no fatties)

Just to add millions of GM crop fields will be grown and we will clone animals. Mars would be used to store emergency food supplies incase of a earth disaster. Anyone to disobey the goverment will be punished. I will also make a undefeatable army of robots, which obey me. Muwahaha

I would instantly realise that I don't want to control the planetary population. This would be a bit of a bummer, really. I would demand six hundred pounts and a little eco-cottage in the Welsh hills with easy bus access to Lampeter. Which is a big comopolitan city with a population of almost 2000 people and thus could serve as world capital.

This done, I would try to negotiate solutions for the world's conflicts, open up Zimbabwe and make sure farming land there went to competent people. I would look into reducing inequalities between the developed and developing world by opening borders to an ever larger extent.

This done, I would establish a world parliament, a supreme court that legislates on a very strict code of rights, a world advisory council to check the power of those two bodies and various local level governments. I would try to abolish the ruling politician class by opening these positions to the world's workers and peasants.

I would encourage education, equality, diversity and democracy. But I would try to limit government power.

I would invite the leaders of the world to come eat with me as regularly as possible. This would give me a good excuse to buy lots of herbal teas and bake cakes.

As I have absolute power over the whole world, I would also like a pet rat named Napoleon.

I'd make it easier for other countries to learn Spanish. Spanish is in the top 5, and is a pretty easy language to learn compared to the other popular languages (Mandarin and English). I'd still let all countries keep their systems of government. I wouldn't try to meld culture all at once, as that would be upsetting. Language would be the first and only step for me, because once everyone speaks the same language, culture will naturally meld.

I'd encourage wiser water usage and farming practices by funding "farmer's college," and giving them a more revered look. I'd do nothing to directly crack down on obesity. I wouldn't make them eat less, but I'd have the insurance companies charge more for those with an unsavory BMI. Of course, they'd give me half of the cash they get from it. The key to being successful is to be subtle. If you do anything directly, a great deal are going to be pissed. I would make most drugs legal, but tax them to the point where only middle and upper class could afford them (and those classes are the lowest for drug usage).

I'd go for nuclear energies as a temporary solution. I'd build a nuclear-powered rocket to dump the nuclear waste on Mars. Speaking of waste, styrofoam and bad plastics will be flat-out banned.

Also for the environment, I'd give tax breaks to those who have natural yards (grass is unproductive!). All virgin forests would be viewed as sacred, and would remain untouched. I'd also advise against stupid developments like houses on the Chaparral biome (that strip of California that naturally gets razed by wildfires) and sites below sea level. Half of the taxes collected would go to alternative energies (and not crap solutions like ethanol). The goal would be cheap solar.

That's what I can think of so far. Oh, I'd also do something for animal rights, but haven't thought of anything yet.

Set off a nuclear explosion to destroy most of humanity so we can start back to the begining. There's already too many people in the world. I will form a colony of the last know suvivors and we will speak one language and enforce reproduction laws.

The parents can have no more than two children and must be married, and upon the second child both will be sterilized. There will only be 1 marriage between two people and no divorces. Marriage will require the couple to live 3 years together prior.

There will be no monetary system. Everyone will share everything for free. There will be no schools. All education will be bestown upon the child by his parents and the childs own descisions. There will be no jobs. All work is done for praise from superiors and recognition of family name and idividual self.

All criminals(of ten commandments)/offspring and people below a certain IQ shall also be sterilized to perserve the future. Geniuses will be allow to reproduce all they like with other geniuses . It's a recipie for disater, but this is what I will do if I ruled the world.

Knowing that down the line the world will be ruled by another George Bush, don't you think it's worth it?

I would do alot of stuff:

I would satisfy the worlds energy-demands by building solar power plants and nuclear power plants in space. The energy would be sendt to earth via a giant microwave transmitter, which would send a giant microwave beam to a reciever in sahara (so the beam dont fry us if it misses its reciever).

I would remove all carbon dioxide emmissions (and other dangerous gases) and only make electric or fuel-cell cars legal.

Prisons would be drasticly changed. Death penalties would be removed, and instead of being in a cell all the time, the inmates would work on large, ecologiacal farms (kinda like the scene from Sicko). That, along with banning bio-dieselmade from corn, would probably reduce the starvation in developing countries.

The school system would be changet to something similar to waldorf or steiner schools (minus certain things). High school would be mandatory.

Health care would be free.

With all the worlds resources joined, i would start large science projects to cure cancer, cloning and other stuff. I would also make a giant space program and try to make bases on the moon and a larger space station.

I would also beginto make a huge metropolis in the middle of the atlantic. The metropolis would be self-sufficient.
I would begin to make a space lift in the middle of the city.

I would probably do more stuff as well, but i honestly dont bother to write it all.
