Winter. It's snowy, (for some,) cold outside. So people often don't have much to do anyway and thier already inside. Besides, it's cheaper to warm you up the natural way than heating!

Summer... Duh... Hot and steamy, and very little clothing... Instant win.
Spring is nice.
Fall and winter makes everybody depressed and stuff... Not sexy at all.
