Just to let everyone know my points should be 4, not 3. Someone used a previous post that had me at 9, and then everyone copied that. They should have used the correct number, 10. So, try and use the correct numbers if you're going to beat someone off the board. That being said, I'll take the liberty of using the CORRECT numbers.

The precedent was already set though. A few people have done it.

And I think a double once in a blue moon(read: once per whole game) should be acceptable. But no more than a double.
