seriously. so many people I know, when they cook noodles, cook them way too long. they come out soggy, which is disgusting. I want to know- who out there actually likes to eat noodles soggy? how can anyone really enjoy noodles that are cooked any way but al dente? |

I voted al dente, but I might as well have voted for the "I don't cook them at all". I eat almost as much uncooked pasta and noodles as cooked. |

Son of a proper italian family, I say al dente. Soggy = fail. |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
Well, I don't like them soggy, but if they say to cook them for 8-10 minutes, I'd cook them for 10. I prefer them soft, not soggy. |
