who likes soggy noodles?
seriously. so many people I know, when they cook noodles, cook them way too long. they come out soggy, which is disgusting. I want to know- who out there actually likes to eat noodles soggy? how can anyone really enjoy noodles that are cooked any way but al dente?
soggy noodles = mush = GROSS.

I voted al dente, but I might as well have voted for the "I don't cook them at all". I eat almost as much uncooked pasta and noodles as cooked.

Well, I don't like them soggy, but if they say to cook them for 8-10 minutes, I'd cook them for 10. I prefer them soft, not soggy.

Secret Top Ramen recipe:
1 packet chicken-flavored ramen noodles
Curry
Cumin
Garlic
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne for the more daring
Chili Powder
Any other random spices you happen to find laying around your pantry.
Directions: heat water to boiling. Add noodles, then immediately add flavor packet. Stir in random spices as quickly as possible. Cook until desired noodle consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy.
No, seriously, this stuff is win. Try it. Is good.
