      Exams starting tomorrow..

      So my first exam for the end of year 12 highschool starts tomorrow.
      I'm going to try go to bed at around 9pm, nice and early so I can get some good sleep.

      If I read over my notes etc right before bed, then go to sleep, will it improve my memory for tomorrow?
      Or do any of you have any tips for me regarding remembering things for exams and sleep related health before exams?

      For one, DO NOT STAY UP CRAMMING! I don't usually type in all caps when I post but I wanted to make that clear. A tired brain when taking a test will only make it harder to focus and you will do worse than if you got a full night's rest. Dreaming helps us sort though our memories from the day and it will help you do better on the test if you get a good amount of REM time and just some nice good ol' rest. Going to bed at 9 sounds like a great idea! It might seem a bit early but it will give you a good night's rest and you will do a heck of a lot better on the test the next day.
