For one, DO NOT STAY UP CRAMMING! I don't usually type in all caps when I post but I wanted to make that clear. A tired brain when taking a test will only make it harder to focus and you will do worse than if you got a full night's rest. Dreaming helps us sort though our memories from the day and it will help you do better on the test if you get a good amount of REM time and just some nice good ol' rest. Going to bed at 9 sounds like a great idea! It might seem a bit early but it will give you a good night's rest and you will do a heck of a lot better on the test the next day. |
