Exercise! I'm working as a construction worker and I am ready to fall asleep at 8 PM usually. This is because my job is so physically demanding that I'm exhausted when night comes. Start jogging, hitting the gym or swimming and you'll fall asleep like a baby. I've been home sick from work for a few weeks and every day I went to bed later and later. It's a real pain to fall asleep aswell, so I'm sure it's the lack of exercise that keeps you up. That and perhaps consistent sleeping times. |
