      I can sleep for around 6 hours at night and then nap for 30 minutes during the day. Seems to work well. Around 30 minutes seems to be the "sweet spot" for me.

      Sometimes I sleep for an hour or two after school. I usually remember a few dreams then, I've thought about using it for lucid dreaming practice.
