      Can't fall asleep

      Im having a hard time falling asleep. Like my body refuses to enter sleep mode.

      Sounds like you need to look into sleep aids. There are plenty of natural items that will not only help you fall asleep, but may also increase you chances of Lucidity when you take them. Things like melatonin, 5 htp, valerian root, Passion flower, and others I can't remember at the moment. Google them and you'll find everything you need to.
