      Can t fall asleep

I can't fall asleep when I try to do wild. My mind is clear and I get past sp. I start to hear sounds. I don't fall asleep after that. Help

Try focusing just a tad bit less on the sounds/anything you are using. You have to find the correct balance of consciousness when preforming any form of WILD so if you're having trouble falling asleep give up a little focus. The inverse works as well.

Okay I was able to fall asleep.. That was about it. I guess I gave up too much focus. But its weird even if I stay focused I never enter a dream. I know I ve passed sp because I can't move my arms or legs.

If you don't pay any attention to your body, the process of falling asleep will be much smoother. Your anchor is what keeps you aware, while your internal world takes shape. As i see it; awareness is the key, focusing might be overdoing it.

      Good luck, Tucane

You can always try earlier, try staying up less, I can't imagine that you would be able to stay awake after only 5 hours of sleep and zero wake up time, so you've got to start experimenting with that until you get it just right. You can also let your mind drift a little so long as the anchor is still there in your line of focus.
