I always feel a presense when my eyes are closed, or this unsafe feeling, in which then I open my eyes and look around. Sometimes I hear voice clips in my head.

This could be attributed to so many things. There could be a number of variables.
But you would have to give us some idea of your personal life.
      How old?
How much sleep do you get?
Do you play a lot of video games before sleep - read Horror stories etc.
Is there a member in the house that you feel endangered by?
Is there someone outside your house that makes you feel that way?
      Medications
      drug use
something that you are insecure about.

Not that you have to tell all these things. But maybe analyzing some of them may help you come up with an answer.

I don't get a good enough sleep on the weekdays because of school. Maybe, six or seven hours. I do play video games, maybe not right before I go to sleep though. Sometimes I take 3mg tablets of Melatonin which helps me sleep easily with no worries.

I have that feeling a lot too. It doesn't really allow me to fall asleep peacefully. When I try to WILD, I usually have to open my eyes now and then, because I just want to make sure I'm the only one in the room. I'm alway suspicious when I'm in my bed. Hmm, it's weird to explain, but I think it's comparable to your situation. I can't let my back face the door either... it just feels too dangerous.
      Sure, why not?

are you physically comfortable as well?

or, are you eating anything in particular on these nights?

it could also be the onset of sleep paralysis, or they could be spirits trying to mess with you if you believe in that stuff.

i was just thinking, it could be hypnogogic imagery.

I guess most people get that to some degree. The residue left over of fear of the dark I guess? Maybe that's what you're experiencing, possibly to a 'less cured' effect

I have this too....its almost like the fear of darkness, but more of afraid not knowing whats nearby while your eyes are closed, not knowing whats occurring around you.

For the most part having a family member or someone your close to nearby helps. (at least it does for me)

I sometimes used to get this when I was lying in bed at night... the feeling that there might be someone in the room, and I wouldn't dare to sleep facing the wall, so that I could open my eyes at any time and check

Now I'm fine and I'm not afraid anymore. I don't even think about it. Sorry, but I don't know what I did to get rid of it. Try just telling yourself that there is nothing in the room, and then thinking about something else.
