      I need help - I don't know whether I've slept or not

      I went to bed at around 12:40 pm, I did an exercise which involves putting your feet up in the air (you know the one?), so I woke up at around 3:30 am. I don't know whether I've had a perfect nights sleep, or I've just woken up normally without a decent amount of sleep.

      So is there any checks I could use to tell I need more sleep?

      Surly you mean 12:40am to 3:30am?

      I'm no expert, but hey, if you're sleepy during the day you need more sleep. ^^;

      See, I don't know what you mean by sleepy. I should know but I don't.

      Well fine, on average how many hours of sleep do you get? The average is 8. Some need 10. Some 6. Some freak cases... 2.

      Honestly, and again I state I'm not exactly qualified on the subject, if you can function throughout the day and not feel like plopping down on a bed or couch and taking rests-- my guess is you're fine with sleep.

      The funny thing is that I actually had two hours sleep because I went to sleep at about 1:20 am.

      Freak cases - Hah!

      2 hours isn't enough for you. Sleep more.

      I can't believe that you don't feel tired during the day having had only 2 hours of sleep. You're a teenager... you're probably still growing. Get more sleep mate.

      Also, you're not going to have many LDs without enough sleep.
