Honestly the fact that you are stressed right now but don't really feel like you are, sounds like a very typical dissociative reaction to stress. I really don't think you have anything to worry about, it sounds pretty normal to me. Sometimes when I know that I have so much to do, I just can't handle stress...so I dissociate. So even though I am incredibly stressed at times...no one would know it. You know what I mean? It's just the way some people deal with stress. It's also a sign that instead of allowing yourself to ignore or dissociate from that which is causing you stress, you need to face it head on. I've yet to figure out how to do that though lol. |
