      is this healthy?

sometimes if i'm really tired and I close my eyes for a while, it feels like im half asleep, and I recall friends voices and I can see them sort of, but I still feel awake, and if I think about being awake the voices and etc go away. this only happens if im really tired or im laying in bed for a long time with my eyes shut, I feel half asleep.

It also happens to me, mostly them calling my name. I think, although I do have a few mental issues that it is fine.

Sounds like hypnagogia to me. The part where you're laying in bed, anyway.

If you are sleep deprived, though, even if you are sitting up you can still have auditory and visual hallucinations.
