You just get really tired and talk to yourself. Don't sweat it. It happens to me two. You can't exactly talk to anybody else, can you? |

Hey, I have an unusual thing that sometimes happens to me and I am wondering if others get this or if it is a mental problem or what. :\ |

I'm back!
Yeah but it isn't just the usual talking to yourself, it's as if I am two and sometimes even three different people having a conversation. |
Hmm... Well, that happens to, but much less often. I generally try to do it when writing, to give my characters more depth. I guess you have a natural talent for character making. Or you have multiple personality disorder(which is highly unlikely.) |

I'm back!
Well, I am definitely hoping that it is the first explanation as I am thinking of making myself a career as a writer of both fiction and non-fiction. |
Oh, I don't know whether it could be related or not but when I was a child I used to think that my family members could see my thoughts if they wanted to and see out of my eyes. I still feel this a little but not really, it has instead developed into me thinking that the 'presence' or 'aura' of a person is with me and watching me, they can sometimes see my thoughts and can sometimes see out of my eyes. I come from a pyschic family but I do not believe that this is actually happening. |
Ummm... I really can't help you anymore, I'm not a doctor. I would recommend getting to one. |
I'm back!
Lol, ok, this is getting a bit off topic anyway seeing as I posted this in health that is connected with sleep. I'll talk about it to a professional in a few weeks and see what is going on, thanks for sharing your views on what the explanations could be. |

There is a very fine line seperating "normal" people from mad people. |
i talk aloud to myself, though it isn't delusional. i'm normal. i promise. |

I do this too. |

Do you all feel that it is you completely or do you feel that part of it is not the usual you? |
I sometimes talk out loud to myself too. I'm answering my own questions that I ask myself in my head. Somehow the thought behind the answer feels stronger and more real when I say it out loud. |
I'm not actually saying these things out loud though and it doesn't really seem like it is me talking to myself. It seems like there are multiple people inside of my head talking to each other but in my voice, it is as if I am a mere observer of this conversation that is going on. |
I have severe anxiety with a little OCD mixed in for good measure |
For me, it's a coping mechanism against my anxiety and mild OCD. I obsess over expressing myself incorrectly and being misunderstood, which triggers anxiety. Only after I've mentally gone over a multitude of conversation possibilities am I able to relax. But then I usually just leap to some other problem lol *sigh* |
Okay well I'm just weird period but I do that when I'm awake too. |
