      Problems getting to sleep

I have been having problems getting to sleep recently.
My feet are always uncomfortable, the weight of the quilt on my feet is quite heavy and it makes then very uncomfortable.
I also watch a movie before sleeping, but i am not sure if this is helping me sleep or not.
I used to get to sleep pretty well, but it has taken me normally more than half an hour to get to sleep recently and i am getting sick of it.
Does anyone have any ideas how to help this problem?

I emphasize. It takes me upwards of an hour to fall asleep. I'm changing my routine, so I'll tell you how that goes if I see results.
This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.

What problems do you have while falling asleep?

You might want to try one of these: GABA, 5-htp or melatonin

plus there are lots of herbal remedies like valerian, and mixtures of things.

DON'T watch the movie. It has the same effect as watching TV, which keeps you awake. Also, try sticking you feet out of the quilt if possible, if the quilt is weighing your feet down.
