I'd be more scared of nokia working with microsoft, if they can prove that windows is a more suitable platform for high quality apps coupled with a huge advertising scheme their profit should go sky high.
In the end what gets most people on board is popularity, if they can find a way to make their phone/tablet an essential part to helping David Guetta create his music etc thats how they will dominate the market.
