Video card suggestion for dual 4k monitors

I'm looking for some suggestions on a video card capable of supporting a minimum of two displayport 1.2 connections for 4k monitors running at 3840x2160 @ 60Hz. I'm currently looking at a few different cards, but am looking for some input to aid me in making a final purchasing decision. My current dual-DVI-D card supports the resolution, but only at a horrific 30 Hz refresh rate.

The intended use is not gaming, but rather having much more screen space for CAD/CAM/CNC applications. The system is running Win7 64/Ultimate w/ AMD 8350 CPU and has PCIe 3.0 slots, so it should accept any of these newer cards.

Thank you in advance for your input.

OK, so I ended up with a Gigabyte card with the Geforce GTX970. I chose this one because it has 3 fans which run slowly and quietly. It runs both 28" Acer 4k displays perfectly connected via DP1.2 and one of my old screens on DVI. If I start doing video editing on this computer, I will connect an HDTV via the HDMI connector to use as a preview screen.

Yeah....the 970 is pretty pro, but aren't their another set of cards specifically made for CAM/CAD stuff?

Oh also, there's a lawsuit going on against Nvidia about the actual performance. Newegg, and amazon are offering refunds. I really hope this means they'll go down in price. If not, I think I'll just hop on a overclocked 960.
