When I upgraded to Windows 10, I had a ton of driver issues, so that might be a good place to start. Go to your device manager (it's in the control panel, but you can just search "Device Manager" in Cortana if you're lazy like me), and under "Sound, video and game controllers", right-click your sound device and select "Update Driver Software...", and then go through the steps to search automatically online.

If that doesn't work, you might want to try right-clicking and selecting "Uninstall", and then check the "Delete the driver software for this device" before clicking OK. It should immediately re-add it after you uninstall it and automatically find the correct driver for it (if not, you might have to restart your computer). And if all that fails, you could try Googling your device name followed by "drivers" and manually install the correct driver from there.
