      its a java app that tests your upload download qos and voip speed.

      my qos was last 68%, last 28% 2 hours before that, then before that 78%....this is pissing me off!

      dl 4.65 mbps ul 1.45 mbps....before that 9.1mbpsdown 1.7 up

      Its this fluctuation between 3-17 mbps that is dropping my voip calls....and pissing me off grr
