Hey everyone a week ago I read about the different techniques on lucid dreaming and the WILD technique attracted to me so the noob I am tried it the first night so. I was in bed and my feet and neck then face started Vibrating rapidly then I saw an image of a neon windmill and slimy sounds coming from my window then I started. Thinking about my breathing then it stopped. My questions are

1. Was this the beginning of a WILD
2. Any techniques on keeping my mind relaxed and not thinking or random things
3. Tips on how to keep calm and not. So excited.
