      My first successful WILD!

I shouldnt call it WILD but more of a can-wild or DEILD because I used a 3 sec beep alarm. But I am very happy on what I experienced and learned! I put my alarm for 5.40 hours. Did a bit of autosuggestion. Then later I woke up from the alarm and stayed perfectly still. But something was wrong, I wasnt feeling SP coming, so I relaxed even more (like a dead body os something) then I felt something pushing me backwards and rolling me a bit (experienced it the previous noight but it was very short due to excitement) then I started feeling vibrations ( I dont remember how they felt but they were kinda weak and what I thought was very confusing). This time I didnt hear anything so it didnt ditract me. And I started to be bothered by a light coming from my door (it was open) and then the vibrations disappeared. Then I RCed (nose pinch) and I was very happy for its success. I too realized that my door is always closed and not open and that the open door represents some fear I have but its not a big deal.

So I learned that when WILDing I had to relax even more than I was relaxing my previous 10 attempts. like if you were a dead body or something. And I will try this more times. Hope this can help someone who had the same prob as me!

I would recommend you to try FILD. Helped me alot to DEILD. Even if you move, you can succeed!

      Congratulations!
Good point about relaxing, "like a dead body." You really need to relax more than you think is possible. That's why everyone comes up with weird tricks to help them relax. It is like you have to trick yourself into becoming more relaxed than your body would normally allow.

Thanks robot! The dead body trick was just a form to relax even more and SP seemed to kick imediately! Now I had some interesting results from FILDing! Last night I woke up in the middle of the night but I was so tired that I imediately fell asleep... But I woke up in the morning 9.30 AM (maybe) and started to FILD (I think I didnt move when I woke up, if so I only rolled a bit). I started to think about random things but I could still feel the fingers "moving" THEN I started to sense SP kicking and it did! But dammit got one of those scary hallucinations for the first time and it distracted me to the point in not resulting anything. I heard a boy talking to me (calling me?) and I was so in a trance that I thought "WTF?" and tried to move my head to see him. But I was in SP and it didnt move lol and the kid, I think, transformed to somekind of a monster because I heard some kind of a monster bite. Then I thought "F**k" and instead of saying something in the mind, I used my mouth "SHUT THE F**K UP!!" (DAMN BIG MOUTH!) Of course that I seemed a mentally diseased guy talking but then the room started to spin and the SP ended... RCed and nothing.

What do you guys think? I have heard that while FILDing you barely sense SP coming, but I seemed to sense it like a normal WILD!
