      WILD Tape

      My brother gave me a recording of a guy talking and helping you Lucid Dream. The tape helps you relax and cause your body to fall asleep but keeps you conscious. The tape is an hour and a half long and wakes you up.

      Last night, i tried it for the first time and it worked for me but i was unable to actually enter the dream, i just saw a whole bunch of images. Any thoughts as to how to actually enter the dream?

      I also feel the need to swallow a lot, any tips on how to help that?

      im not a hugely successful wilder, and it seems that listening to anything whilst attempting to wild would be counter-productive, but i have heard two varying points of view:
      -go ahead and swallow, do it quickly and pay no attention to it, just get it over with AND
      -put a towel or pillow under your head AND/OR something like keep your tongue lightly pressed against your front two teeth

      i have also read / heard that once the images appear, dont focus on them, but cause yourself to feel motion towards the images and you will appear in the scene.
