So last night I was WILDing again, it was the first time that I actually somewhat knew what I was doing. Several times I got to the point where my body felt like it was getting pulled away from my head, then I would think to myself, "this is a good sign, this should be happening, alright stay calm." just briefly and then the feeling would go away, I saw flashing lights a few times too. It would go away for awhile and I would almost quit when it would come back again. I tried it before I had sleep and after about 4 and a half hours. I know how every1 says you should only try after sleep but I actually felt like I got closer to SP before sleep because after sleep I couldn't keep my mind alert/awake as well and then I would get stressed out and I obviously couldn't WILD while stressed. I guess my question is, when the falling feeling happens what do I think or focus on so that it doesn't go away, nothing? And does what I'm saying about WBTB happen to anyone else? |
