    Thread: DEILD SP help.

      DEILD SP help.

      Hi guys. The last 2 nights I woke up in the middle of the night and then SP appears suddenly. But it quickly goes away! I still pinched my nose to see if I was in a dream and nothing! It just appears and goes away. I must be doing something wrong... So any tips on "grabbing" the SP?

      This happens to me alot too. I think the problem is we "wake" up too much. In all of my successful DEILDs, I didn't wake up fully. I don't know, hopefully someone else can post answers.

      I can only suggest staying as relaxed as possible, keeping your eyes closed, and basically DEILDing. Imagining dream sensations like touch and sight helps too.
