Question What just happend to me???

I was at my moms and I was kinda tired and needed to rest, so I went to her living room and laid down on her couch... I laid with my hands to my sides and didnt move for about 10 minutes trying to WILD... after about 10 minutes I felt as if my body flew up a bit and it felt just as if something shining was standing infront of me because if became alittle brighter, but I wasnt in SP... my heart started to pump reeeeeally fast due to me being so shocked over this so I opened my eyes and didnt want to continue... what the PIP was this?

Hypnagogic hallucinations. Increased heart rate sometimes happens with SP. Be careful, because you might die.JUST KIDDING. You're fine.

      Hahah..

How can it happen in a matter of 10 minutes? I mean almost all people rest for 10 minutes without falling asleep and they don't get these hallucinations... im confused.

Depending on how tired/relaxed/peaceful your are, it is really easy to fall asleep quickly. It all depends on the situation.

And you know this how? But, seriously, I think your perception of "almost all people" is skewed.
