Ok, so the other night i was trying to get to sleep by just keeping my surface mind blank and quiet, and relaxing my body. after awhile i started to disascociate with my body and become just an infinatly expanded mind. i began to see HI and got vibrations (i think?), but then for some reason felt an itch (didn't scratch but just noticed it was there) and i was back in my body. i relaxed again and got to the same point and noticed my breath and was back in my body. how can i stop being distracted by my physical body? im not consciously thinking about it but i'll be watching the HI or just off in my own mind and be back in my body before an actual dream forms. any comments or ideas would be welcome! =]
