After 23 days of practising, trying to wake up at 4:30 AM and failing, I have finally succeeded in WILD.
The partial reason of it is that I woke up naturally several minutes before my alrm went off. I stayed awake for 40 minutes and went back to bed. I wasn't sleepy anymore and it took me some time to find the right position , but in the end I started hearing vague noise around me . Then it seemed the noise was transformed into something else , and I felt that long awaited feeling of sinking. My heart started pounding like crazy .
The dream didn't last long enough, but it's okay. Whenever I have normal dreams, all the enviroment is familiar, but in this dream I was in a place I've never seen before , and it was beautiful. I saw a very tall building and decided to jump from the top of it.
The problem with my lucid dreaming is that I instantly know it is a dream, but it takes so much more to be in control. I was afraid I wouldn't want to jump once i was at the top of the building. It was a very parisian hotel of some sorts. There was a long staircase and I climbed it up (it was illogical because my journey was too short compared to the height of that building) and then I was on the top. It was a very sunny day, I could see a park and a lot of buildings. I looked down. I was in a ridiculous height. Then I went to the opposite side of the roof and ran . Falling down was such a good feeling, nothing bad happened when I reached the ground, it was as if it softly embraced me. I giggled and wanted to do that again but I couldn't find the staircase when I went back to the hotel and then I woke up.
