      What the.....

Alright, last night i had a strangely induced lucid dream,

Woke up to my 5 hour 30 minute alarm at 4:30am, when i woke up i was suppost to fild but i decided i might as well attempt my first wild. I decided to lay there and try to relax, i remember a reverse blinking method so i did that and got to where i couldnt feel my legs or arms but could move them, and got stuck at this part for some thirty minutes, so i decided to roll over and go to sleep. This is where im confused.

I Fell asleep, but soon thereafter i woke up to a VERY, and when i say very, its an understatement, but i awoke to a VERY loud buzzing and my body felt like it was vibrating, i had no clue what was going on but i couldnt move, so i decided it was sp.
after the buzzing stopped my vision went completely black and i heard a voice, it was a person telling me that in order to start a lucid dream i had to picture my arms in front of me, so i did and i saw them, then a field started to come into view, and soon thereafter i was lucid and was flying, screwing everything around me, ect.
What i was wondering is, is there a method that causes this? Was it a DILD, or what, because im quite confused, any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes when I really get into WILD attempts, I dream about sleep paralysis afterwards. I sometimes become lucid from this "fake sleep paralysis", but I realize it was fake only after I wake up.

I'd say it was a DILD.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Sounds like every lucid dream I've ever had. To the letter. Glad to know I'm not the only one
