      on Back ? or...?

So when you guys try WILD, do you lie on your back, or do you just go into your most comfortable sleeping position?

I don't think it matters too uch but u have to be relaxed and on the back is usually really comfortable for most. correct me if I'm wrong, but i don't think sleep position matters in a WILD.

You can WILD from any position. Just use the one that's most comfortable. Although I do my relaxation exercise (61 point relaxation) on my back, because that keeps me focused better. I fall asleep slowly, though, so when I'm done relaxing I get into a more comfy position on my side and continue from there. Most of my WILD's have been accidental and I did them right after waking up from another dream, lying on my side.
