Hello each night i automatically WILD whatever i try i always wild i feel like being sucked down into my bed and hear a buzzing sound then i see HH always faces of people examining me then everything stops i didn't moved or anything but then i just lay on my back and begin to feel uncomfortable wat do i need to do to WILD before it stops automatically

It could be your timing. Are you are experiencing this when you first go to sleep at night? You don't normally dream right away. Most dreams happen in the later hours of the night. Try waking up in the middle of the night, staying awake for a while, then returning to sleep. You have a better chance of entering directly into a dream.
