Hi, I've recently been making progress using the wild technique when having an afternoon nap but I keep having the same problem. After a while I've been having the sensation of transitioning into the dream state, for me its a feeling of travelling very fast in 1 direction which I have now got used to and can control to a point.( the first time it happened I nearly had a heart attack lol!). From there I have started to be able to lift my dream body out of my normal body by sort of turning over and trying to get up( not actually getting up, my dream body), sort of a rolling over sensation. Its happened a few times now and each time i can get abit further but the problem is everytime I unintentionally start feeling like I can't breathe and I start panicking and focusing on my breathing which brings me back to the real world and I wake up.
Any ideas how I can stop doing this?, it happened again today and I was so close to being completeley in my dream body it was a real dissappointment!. Thanks.
