      Read This (WILD)

      Hello DV community. I have a few WILD questions today, nothing new eh? First of all, I am very confused about this technique, the guides arent very clear to me. Do you have to wake up after X amount of sleep like specifically or can it be just when ever? Second, I have read many guides saying, ohh yah just remain still for X amount of time and try not to think to hard or w/e... Well Ive tried this many many times, and nothing happens, maybe its just me. I have also read guides saying you are actually trying to fall asleep but with a certian level of consciousness or awareness. If that is true, how do you keep yourself aware but not to awake and fail the WILD?

      -Any advice?

      AFAIK the reason you're trying to get your wakeup time during your last few REM cycles. Reason being that you are trying to go straight in to REM sleep.

      Can't help you with the second bit though as I'm still trying to figure it out myself.
