For one I would suggest not taking the supplements, I think they help but its better in the long run not to rely on something external. Remember you go in to sleep paralysis every night so there is nothing to be afraid of. If I ever pay to much attention to SP it causes me anxiety so I just focus on counting or a dream scene I want to enter. Also, when you get lucid to you stabilize your dream? Like, touching things, rubbing your hands? |
