I want to practice WILD's and possibly DEILD's and I was wondering if someone had any suggestions for a practice system?

I was thinking about setting some kind of alarm device that goes off multiple times during the night, starting after 4 hours of sleep and then going off maybe every 30 minutes.
The idea is to maximize the WILD attempts I can perform during a single night.
Whenever the alarm wakes me up I'll attempt another WILD.

I'm not really sure what to use as the alarm device yet, I want something that just beeps 2 or 3 times to wake me up and then turns off.
I want to avoid having to turn the alarm off (move).

Any ideas for an alarm device or a schedule?
Has someone already done something similar and could provide some experiences with this?
