About two days ago I attempted a nap WILD...I was lying there for a good amount of time, my body was full of sensations, I soon felt my body "fall through" my bed, I heard eerie sounds for about 2-3 sec, then It stopped and my eyes opened and i was in my bed, I did a reality check but it turns out I was awake.

Can someone please help me with what to do when your body feels the falling sensation? And when is the right time to roll out of your dream body to enter a dream?
