      Breathing Problem?

I've tried to WILD for about three weeks, every day, night and naps. I didn't get sleep paralysis once.
I can feel my body going numb, but I just end being there for hours. I usually see some yellow-ish images in the back of my eyelids, and they repeat illusory movements often seen in the internet.

Anyways, going straight to the point. Everytime I try to relax during a WILD and focus on my breath, I can feel like I pull my stomach back on purpose to breath. I can't seem to move my lungs unvoluntarely if I think about it.
Might that break my WILD and reset the internal clock to reach SP?

If you are that focused on your actual body then this can definitely cause problems. It doesn't mean you are doomed to fail, but it can make hitting SP difficult. Don't forget that the primary goal of the WILD process is to fall asleep. If you are laying awake for long periods of time with no results...you may be too awake/not tired enough. During WBTB, try not to stay awake as long before attempting the WILD. For naps, I would suggest performing some sort of relaxation technique and make sure you are tired enough to fall asleep. It doesn't matter how long you lay there, if you can't fall asleep...you won't succeed. Since you are having this breathing problem, I would suggest using a different anchor than focusing/counting breathes. I like to observe the darkness in my closed eyes. let your mind wander, but never lose site of that darkness. It is like a constant running back drop. Once you hit SP, you will begin to experience HH/HI. Now you shift your anchor to the HH/HI, but only casually observe it. Act as if you are watching only a semi-interesting movie.

When I perform night WILD, I just get up to go to the bathroom without switching lights on. As I go to bed I either fall asleep and lose consciousness or lay there for hours.

Ah, yeah that is the tricky part. You have to find that median. If you stay awake too long, you will lay there for hours. If you don't stay awake long enough, you will lose consciousness. I always like to lean more toward the tired side. I hate laying awake for long periods of time with nothing happening. Make sure that once you have woken up...you remember that you dreamed. If you wake up and haven't dreamed yet, your REM cycles haven't started yet and it will be much like WILDing before sleep (difficult). If this happens, set your alarm for an hour later and perform the WILD attempt then. Remember, you want to fall asleep rather quickly...the goal is just to keep conscious during the process. Just keep practicing and experimenting with how long you stay awake during your WBTB. You will soon find that perfect time that best suits you.

Nothing, again. I even tried with binaural beats.
I think I should just give up and focus on other techniques such as DEILD or MILD.

Hmm, make sure you aren't trying too hard. This can also cause you to fail. I wouldn't suggest giving up, but it may be best to take a break for a week or so, from WILDing. That way you can come back with a fresh start. You may just be discouraged/frustrated from not having success with it so far, and a little break will be like a refresh button and you can start all over. It may be just what you need. Good luck to you!

"I woke up in the middle of the night to attempt one last WILD. My breathing problem was gone, I could focus on my breath without breaking the internal clock.
I didn't feel Sleep Paralysis, I didn't feel any vibrations and I didn't have any possible hallucinations.
I had my eyes open all of sudden, I could see but I wasn't exactly aware of that.
I looked at my sides and realised that I was sat in front of my computer. The lights didn't change in the room: it was still night.
I realised that I'm dreaming because I couldn't be there. As I am about to perform a reality check, my legs start to float in the air, as if there was no more gravity to hold them down.
Then, suddendly, I am in another room, and this is where my lucid dream starts." (directly from my dream journal)

I'm not really sure if this was a WILD.

Hmm, well technically you don't have to experience any sort of hallucinations to successfully perform a WILD. If you never lost consciousness during the transition from waking life to the dream state...then you performed a WILD. If there was a point where you "blacked out" (lost consciousness) during the process, then it was likely a DILD. Either way, congrats on achieving lucidity!

I'm not exactly sure, I don't think I really blacked out.
When I was on the chair I was continuing to do the WILD, and it took a few moments to realise I was dreaming.

Ah, well it sounds to me like you successfully completed a WILD. Nice job!

      Awesome day, today.

As I woke up early this morning, I immediately started a WILD, without even getting up. Nothing happened in the very first minutes, however I have sorta lost consciousness for thirty seconds.
Then I woke up rather calmly and quickly started with a DEILD. Matter of ten seconds, my heart starts to race and my breathing becomes pretty difficult. A chill-feeling flows through my spine and through my body, but instead of fading, it remains there.
I was literally straining to not move, the urge and the difficult breath were almost painful.

I stopped, I didn't exactly think about continuing to reach a lucid dream. I was too excited for what happened, so I tried once again.

This time I didn't fall asleep. It took about 7-8 minutes as I started my heart beat going quicker and my breathing getting difficult. The chill comes once again, but fades. The heavy breath wasn't letting me feel any vibrations, though I had the chance of calming the breath. At that point, I felt my body trembling/vibrating up and down, slightly. I also saw a flashing dot appearing in the middle of my under-lids view. It wasn't any thing such as swirling imagery patterns. It was a very vivid dot and probably something from the incoming dream.
I continued for more minutes, but the feelings were completely fading away. So I opened my eyes, reality-checked, but I wasn't in a dream.

I didn't care that much, I finally felt sleep paralysis and the vibrations with both DEILD and WILD.
