      WILD when I nap

Does anyone know a full tutorial about the process to induce a WILD when napping? Is it any different from a regular WILD? I would appreciate any replys.

Nah, it is basically the same concept. The only real difference is, because you haven't just woke from sleep, you may need to perform a relaxation technique beforehand. If you are sufficiently tired you shouldn't have to worry about it though. Just perform the technique as if it were a WBTB. Good luck to you!

Thank you yoshi, it just seems a littl more difficult because it's a direct method instead of a indirect method which uses sleep at first.

Yeah, if I plan on attempting a nap-WILD, I like to purposely wake up earlier the previous night. I'll shave a couple hours off my night's sleep, so I will be sufficiently tired when I perform the nap later on. With WBTB, your body is so relaxed due to having slept for multiple hours before-hand. A lot of times, I'll lay down and watch a movie or something with the lights off before trying the nap-WILD. This gives my body some time to settle in and relax before trying my WILD. If you can get nice and relaxed, there isn't really much of a difference at all between the two. Good luck !
