I think i was close just need a little help

Last night i attempted a WILD without a WBTB and well it went like this: i relaxed got conftrable laid stil for prob 3 min i started feeling little tickles and twitches and ithing but i calmly ignored them. I had my eyes open and completely still. I started feeling my arms and legs and face getting numb. I stopped feeling my hands and felt my head getting pulled into the bed. Then my arms and body like a tucking downwards. Then i felt a little swoosh thru my body and my eyes started vibrating in a rem type of way and i started seeying blue objects and star like shines and a little flashing that felt like it was comming from my eyes and not outside. But this is were i think i faild : i looked passed this light allucinations sorta like ignoring them and failed i just stayed numb and the blue and shines went away. I got up to do an rc just in case but i was awake. So yeah this was my first attempt at a wild i think i did pretty good and stayed calm thru the sensations but do you suggest i look at the hallucinations? Maybe close my eyes and start imagining something? Thanks for your help!

You are on the right track. It sounds like you already know what you need to do. Do this exact same thing again tonight, only this time, WBTB first so your timing is right. Then stay calm and imagine your body in a dream scene.

It is good practice if you want to WILD without a WBTB. Just don't expect a dream to come from it. What you experienced is typical. You do everything right, but have nowhere to go when you succeed.
