      Sleep, WILD and the process

I went to bed at somewhere around 11:00 p.m. I woke up at sometime, about 12:00 . a.m. I couldent go to sleep without going into sleep paralysis, could I have went into a Lucid dream by WILD if I went with the process or do I need to hit REM sleep to WILD? I kept breaking out of paraysis because I dident know what would happen because it wasn't the time where I would practice wild

Yeah, if you would have went through SP you could have WILDed. Anytime SP comes randomly like that, take advantage of it. You may have been at the very start of an REM period. It often will fluctuate depending on sleep deprivation and other factors. You may have been getting some REM rebound (which can cause you to hit REM much earlier than usual). At worst, you have a relatively short lucid. I would use the SP to, at the very least, get some practice in for transitioning and whatnot.

yeah I would have done that but i thought I would get stuck in sleep paraylisis cause I usually do it at 5 or 6 am. I usually get 5 hours of sleep every day except weekends. It was weird. someone coughed in my house and the SP halluctinations caused it to sound like someone laughing.
and another reason is cause I couldent go to sleep when I was hallucinating someone by my bed even though its not real. but SP is awesome no joke. I appreciate the responsse.

No problem! SP is a very unusual experience and it just takes some getting used to. Every time you get into SP, try to learn form the experience and strive toward getting used to the feeling and all the weird stuff that goes along with it. The more comfortable you are in SP (physically and mentally), the higher your success rate.
