I've tried to WILD for about three weeks, every day, night and naps. I didn't get sleep paralysis once.
I can feel my body going numb, but I just end being there for hours. I usually see some yellow-ish images in the back of my eyelids, and they repeat illusory movements often seen in the internet.
Anyways, going straight to the point. Everytime I try to relax during a WILD and focus on my breath, I can feel like I pull my stomach back on purpose to breath. I can't seem to move my lungs unvoluntarely if I think about it.
Might that break my WILD and reset the internal clock to reach SP?
