Oh joy if I'm already adapted to Stage 1 Sleep like that, I'm already aware of the brainwaves and meditation, though I've not mastered actually working with them yet. I'm especially grateful for that tutorial pack there, Raph. I'm reading some now, and dear god, I can finally explain to my acquaintances about visualization at school now. I've been able to see through my mind's eye often lately (just not as good as today) and I could never explain fully to others about the difference between real visualization and what this said was conceptualization. Now I have another plug for the mental hole.

I gotta say, now I'm starting to feel a little more confident after this 8D

EDIT: I did forget one little problem I should've brought up... When I close my eyes and visualize, my eyes have an extremely bad habit of going cross-eyed or trying to imitate REM because of what I think is a subconscious mental block. If I was to stay a little more passive and relaxed, would I be able to link attention to the hypnagogic imagery without engaging these problems?
