      Sleep Paralasis

What does it feel like? It seems whenever I try to wild, it feels like the circulation is cut off.

It's supposed to feel that way, it's your mind telling you to move, just don't.

It can definitely feel like the circulation's getting cut off, and that your limbs are numb. For me, sometimes it gets really bad, as in feeling like my legs get really stiff and if I were to move, they wouldn't move fluidly. Put a hot water bottle or heat pack under the area(s) that feel funny. Make sure that it's warm, but not hot - you want to be able to keep it underneath without burning yourself.

Sleep paralysis itself, you probably won't even care about physical feelings once you're in it - you'll be focused on relaxing into the paralysis and creating a dream scenario around you.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
