strange vibrations

Hi, Last night i was going to sleep as normal (i don't and and haven't tried WILD) what i normally do is some breathing to relax, next thing i know i either wake from a dream or just wake up form my alarm. anyway last night my whole body started shaking (in the past before i knew about lucid dreaming i would make myself wake from this as it wasn't very nice) last night i went with it thinking it was the vibrations you experience at SP. i remembering it got more intense then stopped after a few Min's started again it either stopped or i fell a sleep. the only way i can describe it is like my whole body being like a mobile / cell phone while its on vibrate but i it doesn't feel like i am moving if this is the onset of SP i know different people experience different sensations or feelings but does this sound like this is what it is, also i have read that just after this stage you normally enter you dreamworld not being someone who actively tries the WILD technique i don't know what happens. i hope does make sense to someone out there.

This happened to me more than once too. I'd like to know what it is or how it's related to lucid dreaming
