      SP Induction Help!

I've been trying to WILD for some time now and i cant seem to get past the SP stage, I can feel my body going Numb and tingly but its only very mild SP. I try to focus on HI and not my body, But cant seem to get a more intense or conclusive SP.

Are their any tips or suggestions on how to get past this part?

Make sure you aren't focusing too much on the HI. This can keep you from falling asleep. If you can't fall asleep, you can't dream. Try to passively observe any HI that you may get. Let it come and go as it pleases and don't try to do too much. Let the WILDing process do all the work for you.

If you find yourself laying awake for long periods of time without progressing, it simply means you aren't falling asleep. You have to continue to move toward sleep while keeping consciousness. Observing HI/HH is a pretty nice, subtle anchor, and it is what I do in my WILDing technique. Just continue to stay calm and allow your body to fall into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation.

WILDing takes some getting used to. Keep practicing and you will soon get a feel for how the process works. Try to get a little further along in the process with each attempt. Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

      Thanks KingYoshi,

Yes ive noticed in the past 2 weeks my WILD is starting to progress, im entering SP allot quicker and i am have quick flashes of HI and the beginnings of a dream sequence. The only problem is i keep flashing in and out from Conscience and Dream state until the point im awake again.

Its a tough ride but an an exciting ride, I've never experienced SP and I am so excited to experience it. So some good tips on how to get to just that point would be beneficial.

      Your tutorials are also fantastic!

      Thanks

You just need to stay extremely calm when everything starts. Relax and act as if nothing strange is happening. Don't anticipate or think ahead. Just relax and let everything come to you. Let SP engulf you and as you just continue to work toward falling asleep. Observe the experience as if this is the 1,000th time you have been in SP. A lot of dreamers try to do too much, but really the only thing you need to do is fall asleep. Let everything else carry you into the dream state.

I'm actually having a hard time getting to SP, let alone going past it. I tried lying still for long periods of time, but eventually my back starts to get sore and I end up rolling to my side. I've had times where parts of my body felt numb, but that was probably because I had reduced blood flow to it. I can usually feel this in my veins, so I end up rolling again to fix it.

I've never felt my body vibrating, only small jolts of energy or slight twitchings at certain parts of my body.

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm screwing up?

Hmm, Clairvoyance you may want to take a look at my WILD technique and give it a shot. It involves some movement, so you don't have to lay still for super long periods of time. I never liked laying still too long either, so it may work out for you. There is a link to the technique in my signature.

Thanks! I skimmed through it earlier. Will give it a good read eventually. Probably. Hopefully.

don't try to focus on your body , instead get your mind idle-thinking/daydreaming and just keep it in the back of your mind to recodnise the entering dream phase (fx loud noise/vibration part)
