      Holy $#!% - My First HH

      Last night, accidentally went into SP after waking up unintentionally in the middle of the night, went into full SP without being aware of it (lack of awareness meant I didn't pull myself out of it) and I started having auditory hallucinations of screaming. Not knowing what it was I tried to wake myself up and found my entire body was in SP. Only as it was pulling away from me did I realize what had happened.

      Wow.

      Nice! Now you will be prepared for the next time it happens. Simply, ignore any unpleasant hallucinations and they will soon pass. Just relax, stay calm and continue falling asleep. Pretty crazy isn't it ? Once you get a little used to SP, it isn't bad at all.
